Network duplicate callback issue

There are situations where student item responses have been recorded in duplicate during Let's Go Learn assessments.  When this happens, student assessment results may be invalid.  In addition Internet traffic at the school sites may be doubled as twice the number of callbacks come back to the school's networks.  The cause for this has been an error in the school or districts network where a proxy or other server has been echoing all http calls to all external web sites.  The solution is for the school or districts' IT department to find the faulty configuration on their network that is causing the duplicate calls.  Below is a test we've devised to confirm that duplicate calls are being made.  This test requires coordination with Let's Go Learn's technical support.

Click on the test link below and follow these instructions:

1) Enter in a unique site name.
2) Hit the "Test 1" button ONCE.  DO NOT HIT IT MULTIPLE TIMES.
3) Send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and tell us the date and time when you performed this test as well as the site name you entered.

The "Test 1" button triggers 20 calls to be made to Let's Go Learn.  If our logs show more than 20 hits then a problem may exist.
