Troubleshooting for Flash Plug-in

- If you could NOT SEE the banana graphic, then either your current Flash plug-in is not loaded properly or you are using a version that is too old. Please get the latest version.

- If you could see the banana spinning but could NOT HEAR the audio, then you need a later version of the Flash plug-in (or your version is corrupt and you need to re-install). Please get the latest version:

* Unique Reader/Math requires version 7.0 or higher

If you have the correct Flash player plug-in version and have tested it on 2 different browsers but still continue to have issues; we recommend you uninstall the Flash Plug-in and re-install afterwards. Intstructions here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

Audio Issues? First check that...

A) Your computer supports sound

B) Your computer's speakers ( if external ) are turned on

C) The system's audio level is turned on or at a high enough level (see detailed instruction below)

Detailed system audio level check:

Windows:

Go to Start menu at bottom left of screen
Go to Settings...Control panel
Double click on the sound icon
Make sure your sound is turned on and at a high volume level

Macintosh:

Go to Apple menu at top left of screen
Select Control Panel...sound
Make sure your sound is turned on and at a high volume level
