BUT FIRST DOUBLE CHECK THAT...

A) Your computer supports sound

B) Your computer's speakers ( if external ) are turned on

C) The system's audio level is turned on or at a high enough level
(see detailed instruction below).

Detailed system audio level check:

Windows:

Go to Start menu at bottom left of screen.
Go to Settings...Control panel.
Double click on the sound icon
Make sure your sound is turned on and at a high volume level

Macintosh:

Go to Apple menu at top left of screen
Select Control Panel...sound
Make sure your sound is turned on and at a high volume level
