Reading Software Developer Let’s Go Learn Closes Funding Round

KENSINGTON, Calif., (July 15, 2001) - Let's Go Learn, Inc., a web-based educational software developer, closed its Series A funding round. This investment round, which was funded by individual investors, will allow Let's Go Learn to complete it first reading assessment product and launch by November 2001. CEO Richard Capone commented, "Despite the extremely tight financial market, we are now on track to complete our product development and concentrate on a successful launch. To date, all our distribution partners are very excited about our product, since it will fill an extremely big hole that exists in the market today. Assessment by itself does little more than formally recognize that a problem in literacy exists. Our diagnostic reading assessment, however, will provide a detailed roadmap for teachers and parents to actually improve their students' and children's reading abilities."
