Assessment stops after hitting the Go button

The assessment stays on the same Go button page and does nothing after the student hits the Go button to begin the assessment OR the first assessment module loads, but no questions come up other than the example question.

Most likely cause: Current browser has an outdated version of flash running. Possibly version 4.0 or earlier.
Solution: Update flash

Secondary causes: Current browser is an incompatible version that does not run correctly with the flash plug-in.
Solution: Update the web browser version or change web browsers.  Then be sure you are using the latest version of flash.
