Having trouble viewing detailed reports?
In order to view detailed reports, our system requires that you have the free Acrobat Reader 5.0 (or later) as well as the Acrobat Reader PDF browser plug-in properly installed. For most operating systems, you must have a version of Acrobat that is newer than your operating system. Microsoft XP operating system users, you must have Acrobat 6.0 or later. Keep in mind that as operating systems get updated it is a good idea to keep your Acrobat application updated as well. Older version will tend to have more compatibility issues.

Mac OS X users must change their default setting for viewing PDF files so that the Apple "PDF previewer" is not the default tool. If it remains so, all of your PDF reports' form fields will be blank. Depending on the version of OSX you use, you may need to view the "detailed instructions" link below. You can also do both if you are not sure which version you are using.

If you are not sure of your Acrobat situation, follow these steps below:
Step 1: Open your copy of Acrobat Reader on your computer. Check the version. On Macintosh, go to the "Apple" menu and choose "About Acrobat." On Windows, go to the "Help" menu and choose "About Acrobat."
Step 2: If you have version 4.0 or earlier, your version is too old. Click here to upgrade.
If you are using an early version of Microsoft XP as your operating system AND are using Acrobat Reader 6.0, then you need to update to the latest Acroat Reader Click here.
If you have version 5.0 or earlier, then the PDF browser plug-in is not working. Click here to upgrade.
Otherwise, if you have an almost current version of Acrobat, close your browser and open Acrobat by itself. Upon launch, it will perform a PDF browser plug-in check. Be sure to select the correct browser, if your computer has multiple web browsers loaded on it. If the check does not occur, go to step 4.
Step 3: Close all software that is open on your computer. Relaunch your web browser and log back into Let's Go Learn. See if you can view the reports now.
Step 4: If you still cannot view your reports, e-mail us and we will e-mail you a version of the report as a stand-alone PDF file which you will be able to open with Acrobat 4.0 or later.
Another factor that can interfere with the viewing of our PDF reports in your browser is software that manages file downloading. "RealDownload" is one application that will interfere! Go to the tools and options of RealDownload and disable the "enable browser integration" feature.
