I am not hearing any sounds during the assessment

1) Make sure your speakers are turned on. 

2) Check to see that your computer's audio is turned on.
On Windows, go to "Start Menu">"Control Panel">"Sound."
On Macintosh, go to the "Apple" menu>"Control Panel">"Sound." -->More info

3) Verify that you have the latest Flash plug-in loaded on your computer's web browser. Click here to check your system now.
