New summary data download and pre-post gain administrator reports
If you have a multiple teacher/user Let’s Go Learn account, we added 2 new reports to the top admin account. These reports can be accessed by doing the following:
- Login as the main admin user
- Click on the <Manage> Tab
- Click on the "Run Reports" icons
The following new links will appear under the "Administrator Reports" heading:
- District Raw Scores Report
- District Pre/Post Gain Report
The District Raw Scores Report will allow the downloading of summary score data for all assessments based on a date range. You can select specific teachers or create groups of teachers upon which to run this report as well. There are two buttons: "Display Report" and "Download Report". For schools/districts will lots of students (1000+), the "display report" button will only display a limited number due to web browser limitations. If you hit the "download report" button, you can save to your hard drive a comma delimited file of your data.
The District Pre/Post Gain Report will take the latest set of scores and subtract the earliest set of scores to produce a gain in each subtest of any assessment. For DORA and DOMA basic math skills, the results are in years of gain. For DOMA PreAlgebra and DOMA Algebra the results are in terms of mastery gain. The same two button options: "Display Report" and "Download Report".
