What happens if I lose my Internet connection?
If you lose your Internet connection, simply reconnect, log in, and click on the link. Next to the student’s name, click on "Continue." Our system will know that the assessment was incomplete and will resume where the student left off. If the student was taking the test remotely, he or she should log in again as before. The assessment will resume where he or she left off. If you receive a message stating that a previous session will be ended, choose to go ahead and end it. Our system does this to prevent accidental double logins.
