Sample DORA Program Placement Report

Schools or districts initially meet with Let's Go Learn's staff to list each intervention program that they are using and to determine what types of reading profiles should be assigned to each program. For instance in Read 180, students must have strong decoding skills since Read 180 doesn't teach decoding. But the defintion of "strong decoding skills" will vary. For instance, older students with a weakness in phonics may be okay if their word recogntion skills are high. Thus for Read 180 there are actually 3 to 4 different profiles that will qualify students.

Students are also ranked in each program. In this particular sample, all students are listed in the "English 1A" course which is regular English. This way if teachers decide not to enroll a student because of too high of absences, they can keep the student in the English 1A list.
