Allows schools to create their own benchmark tests. They select benchmarks and then a test is created. This is NOT diagnostic. It is for accountability and/or progress monitoring. Doesn't tell you why a student may be failing or is behind. Testing engine is very simple. Essentially, it is multiple choice questions put online. So you can only assess what you can put on paper.
