1.1 How Students Take An Assessment

Before testing day, administrators will have performed the system checks and ensured the appropriate assessment is queued up for each student (see 1.0 Getting Started with Assessments).

Students will take the following steps:-

  1. Go to www.letsgolearn.com (can be booked marked or made a favorite ahead of time).
  2. Click on the green ‘Student Login’ button.
  3. Enter their student login, password (and school code if used by your school district).
  4. Select the appropriate assessment eg, DORA or DOMA Basic Math Skills etc.
  5. Ensure the head phones volume is set to an appropriate level.
  6. Ensure they have scratch paper and pencil (recommended for math assessments).
  7. Hit the “GO” button when ready to start the assessment.
  8. If a student needs to take a break the ‘STOP’ button can be clicked on at any time.
  9. To re-start the assessment, the student will follow steps 2-4 again.
  10. On completion of the assessment, teachers have immediate access to all data/scores.
