3.1.2 Logins/Passwords
Teacher login: Teachers work with Let's Go Learn staff to create their personal login - usually an email address is used. One teacher login can be assigned per grade/school or individual logins can be created for each teacher.
Student login/password: Teachers/administrators can add their students into the Let's Go Learn system. Alternatively student data can be provided to Let’s Go Learn and the data will be uploaded for your school/district by Let's Go Learn staff. Contact Customer Support at Toll Free: 800-225-0248, option 6 for help and for copies of the Excel Spreadsheet Template.
Student Logins:
- Minimum of six (6) characters.
- Logins need to be unique - we recommend you use student ID numbers if available plus a student’s first/last initials, eg, 123456jn.
Student Passwords:
- Minimum of four (4) characters.
- Can be the same for ALL students in your school, for example, name of school or school mascot OR individual passwords can be created.
Student School Code:
- Optional additional field, for example, name of school or mascot (this can be the same as the password). The School Code would be the same for ALL students. Recommended for school districts or large school sites.
- If school codes are assigned, students MUST enter information in all three fields on the student login page.
- Minimum of three (3) characters.
- Logins/passwords/school codes are case sensitive.
