4.1.1 Trouble Accessing Instruction
If the student is having trouble accessing instruction, check the following:-

Ensure the student does NOT have another assessment queued up for them.
- On the <CLASS> tab, in the “Student Assessment Queue” click on ‘View Queue’.
- Status for relevant assessment should read ‘Completed’. ‘Remove assessment from the queue’ or ‘terminate in progress’ assessment if appropriate.

Go to the ‘UReader’ tab on your teacher account and check instruction is turned ‘on’ for that student.
- Click on ‘Instruction On’ or ‘Begin’.
