Click on the <ADMIN> tab at the top of the screen. You will be able to see all teachers who are associated with your account and view their logins/password/school code.     You can also create groups for your teachers eg, elementary schools or SPED etc to help you when you are creating reports. Have your new class roster available.   Add any students who are completely NEW to your school or who have NOT been assessed on any Let’s Go Learn program in the past (refer to “Add New Student” (3.1.1) in the Online User Guide).   Create a new class eg MyClass 2011-12 (refer to “Add New Class” (3.1.4) in the Online User Guide).   Go to the “All Student Roster” on the <MANAGE> tab.   Remove students from the old class if they have changed teachers.  Add students into the new class eg MyClass 2011-12.  Save Class Changes.   Once students have been assigned to a teacher, the teacher will be able to view all data associated with that student.   Teachers can close last year’s class by:- Go to <MANAGE> tab, “Add New Class”, ‘check to close existing class’, then click on ‘close/edit class(es)’.
