Let’s Go Learn Welcomes Dr. Jill Hall-Freeman as Senior Educational Partnership Specialist
Berkeley, CA — 1/12/26 — Let’s Go Learn, a national leader in precision diagnostics and AI-powered educational technology, is proud to announce that Dr. Jill Hall-Freeman is joining the organization as its new Senior Educational Partnership Specialist. Dr. Hall-Freeman brings more than 30 years of experience across teaching, school leadership, district administration, professional learning, and human capital management—expertise that will significantly strengthen Let’s Go Learn’s ability to support districts during a time of rapid transformation in education.
As schools navigate unprecedented demands—from accelerated learning gaps to evolving expectations around AI, data use, leadership development, and student support—leaders who understand both instruction and large-scale operations are essential. Dr. Hall-Freeman’s distinguished career, which includes serving as an Area Superintendent, Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Director of Professional Learning, and principal, uniquely positions her to help districts implement next-generation technologies with fidelity and impact.

Throughout her tenure overseeing schools and major district departments, Dr. Hall-Freeman has built systems that strengthened instructional quality, advanced equity, and developed leaders at all levels. Her background includes designing districtwide professional learning models, leading human capital reforms, coaching school teams through complex change, and guiding instructional transformation across some of North Carolina’s largest districts. She has also participated in elite leadership training programs including the National Principal Supervisors Academy and the North Carolina Aspiring Superintendent Program.

In her new role at Let’s Go Learn, Dr. Hall-Freeman will partner directly with district leaders to help them effectively implement LGL’s precision diagnostic assessments, data-driven instructional tools, behavior framework development and tracking, and rapidly expanding suite of AI-enabled capabilities. These innovations include AI-assisted PLAAFP writing, SMART goal generation, and personalized instructional planning, advancements that help educators translate deep diagnostic data into actionable, time-saving insights.
Her extensive operational and instructional leadership experience will guide districts in adopting these advanced tools with clarity, strategy, and sustainability. Dr. Hall-Freeman will help educational organizations bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and day-to-day school realities, ensuring that AI and precision diagnostics drive measurable improvements in student outcomes.

Her experience in Future-Ready Learning, 21st-century STEM programming, job-embedded professional development, instructional coaching, and equity-centered leadership will be instrumental as Let’s Go Learn expands its impact across MTSS, special education, general education, and district strategic planning efforts.
