Alexandria, VA – July 7, 2024 – Let’s Go Learn is thrilled to announce its sponsorship of the Council for Exceptional Children’s (CEC) 2024 Leadership Institute. The event will be held in Alexandria, VA from August 1st to 3rd, 2024. Attendees are invited to meet and connect with the Let’s Go Learn team throughout the event.
This year’s Leadership Institute is centered around the theme: Connect. Network. Grow. The event aims to provide CEC component leaders with invaluable opportunities to:
- Connect with and learn from their peers
- Evaluate common operational practices
- Formulate innovative membership programming ideas
- Strengthen operational knowledge and practices
- Develop a deeper understanding of how the CEC community of leaders can support and sustain an impactful experience for all members
The Leadership Institute is designed to help attendees identify operational expectations and best practices, discover creative programs and solutions developed by other units and divisions, and design new member engagement strategies in areas such as social media, websites, membership campaigns, surveys, events, and more. Additionally, participants will have the chance to evaluate their current practices to identify areas of success and opportunities for growth.

“We are excited to sponsor the CEC Leadership Institute and engage with leaders dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of special education,” said Richard Capone, CEO and Co-Founder at Let’s Go Learn. “Our team looks forward to sharing our insights and learning from the incredible work being done by CEC and its members.”
